The Cannabis Knowledge Exchange Hub provides policy-makers and professionals working in primary care, mental health and addictions, public health, education and social services with a curated list of current, accurate and evidence-based resources on the non-medical use of cannabis.

The impact of a changing climate.
Preliminary evidence shows that the risks and impacts of climate change on mental health are already accelerating, resulting in direct, indirect, and overarching effects. Read more about the actions required to address the effects of climate change on mental health.
Suicide safety planning.
The impact of physical distancing guidelines on people at risk for suicide is unknown but concerning. Many coping strategies in standard suicide safety plans could increase risk of COVID-19 infection. Discover five areas where suicide safety plans may benefit from reconsideration.

Join "Living Life To The Full", a 12-hour, eight-week program based in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) that teaches Ontario adults on the spectrum and caregivers of individuals on the spectrum how to understand feelings and what to do with them.
