Research snapshot: Upstream solutions to prevent Indigenous youth houselessness
This research used interviews with Indigenous youth to identify structural barriers and provide actionable upstream strategies (i.e., strategies examining larger social structures) to help prevent housing insecurity in the future. Read more.

Understanding Mental Health and
Well-Being in Later Life

The Understanding Mental Health and Well-Being in Later Life workshop series consists of mental health and addiction programming for older adults (65+) on how to improve their mental health, spot the signs and symptoms of mental illness and addiction, and learn where to go for help in their communities.

The workshop series is available for organizations to access and offer to older adults in their local communities.
